Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Handling Time Our team aims to pack, check, and dispatch all orders within 1 business day (24 hours) of receiving your order, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST on Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Please note that during the busy Christmas holiday season, order processing may take slightly longer than 24 hours.

Overseas deliveries leave our operating facility every Wednesday.

Estimated Transit Times We ship via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are as follows:

  • Metro Areas: 1 to 3 business days
  • Regional Areas: 2 to 5 business days
  • Remote Locations: 3 to 7 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your shopping cart and your location. You save on shipping when multiple items are purchased and shipped together.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes WattleWares is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages During Shipping WattleWares takes great care in packaging your items. If your product arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and contact us immediately at info@wattlewares.com.au so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and making the situation right.
